Mike Taylor has been touring Scotland and travelling the world by motorcycle for over fifteen years. In this time he has acquired a wealth of knowledge on travelling Scotland by motorcycle, discovering stunning locations well off the beaten track. He has written for several motorcycling magazines including Adventure Bike Rider and Motorcycle Sport and Leisure. Mike also runs the popular motorcycle blog www.wintonmassif.co.uk. In 2017 he founded Passing Places to share some of his knowledge after hearing countless stories where people had toured Scotland and returned home, only to discover they had skipped by some of our best roads, scenery or locations.
